I. Purpose

This policy is used by Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU or University) particularly to deal with misconduct, discrimination, and harassment predicated on sex (hereinafter to add claims predicated on pregnancy or orientation/gender that is sexual) plus the after offenses defined herein: dating physical physical physical violence, domestic physical violence, intimate attack, and stalking; and, to ascertain procedures for answering incidents of sexual misconduct, discrimination, and harassment.
